Permit-ready arborist reports, drafted from your site walk.
Photo each tree, pick the species, measure DBH, height and canopy, add a voice note. Arbor Report drafts the report in the exact format the city wants: the tree table, protection-zone math, replacement counts, a site sketch and your branded PDF. You review, edit and sign.

How it works
Walk the site
On your iPhone: a photo per tree, species from a BC list, DBH (multi-stem too), height, canopy spread and GPS, plus a voice note transcribed on the phone. Or enter it at your desk.
Get a city-ready draft
Pick the city and the permit. The tree table, protection zones, replacement trees and the site sketch follow that city's bylaw, and every narrative section is drafted for you.
Review, sign, share
Edit every section, then sign. The signed version is locked with a hash anyone can verify; later edits become a new revision. Send the client a link to the branded PDF.
Each city's rules, built in
Protection thresholds, multi-stem DBH, tree protection zones and replacement ratios come from each bylaw as published (October 2026), with sources in every template.

Questions
Does the AI decide which trees to remove?
No. You record the facts and your recommendation for each tree. The draft only puts them into the city's format with the protection and replacement math, and you review and edit every section before you sign. Nothing can be signed until each section is marked reviewed.
How is the tree protection zone calculated?
By each city's published rule: Vancouver's Schedule A table, 6 × DBH in Surrey and the City of North Vancouver, 10 × DBH in the District of North Vancouver, West Vancouver's Schedule A, and the dripline in Burnaby. Multi-stem trees use the bylaw's own method. You can override any tree with your own reasoning.
What stops a signed report from being changed?
Signing freezes the report and its data and stores a SHA-256 hash of it. The PDF footer carries a verification link, so a city reviewer or client can check that the copy in front of them is the one you signed. Any change after signing becomes a new revision; the signed one never changes.
Where is my data?
On Kfardo's own server, backed up nightly. Photos lose their location metadata on upload. Each firm's data is separate from every other firm's.
